NHADACA is a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing addiction professions in NH. Through education and advocacy, we strive to enhance the knowledge and skills of addiction professionals, increase awareness of addiction issues in NH, and promote programs and policies that ensure access to high quality services for NH citizens struggling with addiction.
NHADACA, formed in 1986, has grown to be the leading provider of continuing education for addiction professionals in NH. In addition, NHADACA has forged strong relationships with policy makers and stakeholders throughout the state in order to ensure that they have access to accurate, timely information about addiction prevention, treatment, and recovery. This website is designed to be another avenue for ensuring the availability of information for consumers, professionals, and the general public. NHADACA would like to thank the NH DHHS Bureau of Drug & Alcohol Services for their generous financial support in the provision of high quality training and workforce development activities. These trainings prepare a workforce to deliver policies, programs, and practices that improve outcomes and mitigate alcohol and other drug use social, health and behavioral consequences. It is through their financial support that many of our high quality events are offered for such a reduced registration rate.
