Harbor Homes, Inc., the Facilitating Organization for peer recovery support services (PRSS) through a contract from the NH Department of Health & Human Services, Bureau of Drug and Alcohol Services invites recovery community organizations (RCOs), providers of PRSS and others to participate in a Community of Practice (CoP) focused on delivering PRSS. The goal of the PRSS CoP is to bring together RCOs, providers of PRSS and others who have an interest in gaining and sharing knowledge, information and experiences to help establish and strengthen collegiality, cooperation and collaboration to create a unified system of PRSS in New Hampshire. The following opportunity is the fourth of a series of learning sessions that will be available to participants through this CoP.

WEBINAR DESCRIPTION: This webinar will review the key components of telephone recovery support (TRS) including what this service is and what is not offered through this support, why TRS is important and how to offer this service within your setting.
OBJECTIVES: At the conclusion of this webinar, the participant should be able to:
- Understand the key components of TRS including what types of support are offered as well as what is not provided as part of this service;
- Recognize the value of TRS as an important peer recovery support service; and
- Understand how to implement this support in a community setting.
CONTINUING EDUCATION UNITS (CEUs): The Center for Excellence is pre-approved for 2.0 CEUs for participants who are a: Certified Recovery Support Worker (CRSW), Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), and/or a Master Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (MLADC) through the NH Board of Licensing for Alcohol & Other Drug Use Professionals (CRSW Domains: 1,2,3,4 and LADC/MLADC Categories of Competence: 7 & 13)
