Chrysalis Recovery Center, LLC / Chrysalis IDCMP (Impaired Driver Care Management Program) is seeking a LADC or MLADC for FT employment at our Concord Location located at 112 S. State Street.
We are a DWI program and a Counseling Center that has been transforming lives since 2009. We are looking for a dynamic counselor who is interested in working for a great home-like environment and company. Counselor will be conducting IDCMP assessments/evaluations and service plan development for DWI clients, as well as standard LADC Evaluations. Counselor will also have an individual counseling case load. It is a plus if counselor is interested in offering groups during their scheduled work hours.

Cheshire Medical Center’s Center for Population Health is looking to add a dedicated self-starter as the Substance Misuse Prevention Coordinator for the Greater Monadnock Public Health Network. This individual would be the co-lead of Monadnock Voices for Prevention (MVP) which is a regional network working together to reduce substance abuse. This individual would ideally have substance use prevention experience and be a confident motivator who is passionate about substance use prevention and is ready to lead the region in primary prevention efforts. We are looking for someone who can meet people where they are at, understand their needs, and help them advance their prevention understanding and efforts. This individual needs to have project management skills, be well organized, and relational as well as a good public speaker. We are looking for someone who is capable and interested in fostering many relationships across a wide array of partners. We are looking for a life-long learner who can co-lead a network with the regional Continuum of Care Facilitator, be a key team player in a 20 plus department, and balance many requests from community members and coalitions. The Regional Prevention Network Coordinator is a full-time position of Monadnock Voices for Prevention (MVP). The Regional Prevention Network Coordinator collaborates with diverse community stakeholders to enhance the implementation of a comprehensive community-wide approach to reducing substance use and abuse in the Monadnock Region.
Key Responsibilities: Represent Monadnock Voices for Prevention, work with the communities in the Monadnock Region to build relationships and partnerships. Coordinate events to support and strengthen the strategic plan in coordination with the various region/topic specific coalitions. Ensure coordination of Monadnock Region awareness and educational opportunities in coordination with the various region/topic specific coalitions. Ensure promotion of the Monadnock Region coalition activities and achievements in coordination with the various region/topic specific coalitions. Provide technical assistance for substance misuse and abuse prevention to local communities, coalitions, school districts and stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in related field and prevention specialist certification. Those working towards certification will be considered. Certified Prevention Specialist status must be obtained within one year of hire. The preferred candidate will have strong written and verbal communication, organizational and planning, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task and triage and facilitate cooperation among diverse organizations. Minimum of three years of experience in: substance abuse prevention and community organizing. The preferred candidate will also have experience with report and budget work, contract work, grant writing, non-profits, coalitions, service providers, and leadership teams. The ideal candidate will have a passion for substance abuse. Ability to manage own accountability in an independent environment. Must be detail oriented, able to track, follow through and meet deadlines within the Regional Networks work plan and all funder contract obligations.
