Vice President of GNCA, Inc. (Keystone Hall)
Keystone Hall is a non-profit organization that provides comprehensive residential and outpatient substance use disorder treatment, prevention, and recovery supports to New Hampshire community members, including men, women, adolescents, and families. We are currently seeking an experienced senior manager to join our team as Vice President of Keystone Hall. This position requires extensive interaction with the public (government, agencies, community partners, philanthropic organizations) in establishing and maintaining excellent relationships throughout the state and communities the Agency services. You will work in close collaboration with the GNCA, Inc./Keystone Hall President/CEO and other senior management staff of affiliate organizations.
In this role, you will provide oversight of all clinical and administration programs and personnel and work in conjunction with the President/CEO to establish goals and plans for long-term financial and clinical success of the agency. You will be responsible for developing and supervising provisions of all clinical records and programs offered by the Agency; managing overall budgets and funding sources; writing grants and proposals; maintaining personnel records; and screening, training, supervising and evaluating staff.
The successful candidate will possess a Master’s Degree in counseling, clinical psychology or related field with licensure as an Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (LADC). Must have significant experience and be supportive of Recovery-Oriented Systems of Care, Medication Assisted Treatment, Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) in conjunction with treatment programs and with 12-step philosophy as well as knowledge of 12-core functions. Experience in managing staff and directing clinical programs and working with a diverse client population including cultural and/or religious minorities, co-occurring disorders and indigent and socio-economically disadvantaged clients also needed. Excellent written and verbal communications and knowledge of area resources a must.
