• Clearinghouse & Lending Library The Clearinghouse and Lending Library houses a large inventory of informational resources on alcohol, tobacco and other drugs, such as brochures, fact sheets, teaching and audio/visual tools. The resources cover a wide variety of subjects on prevention, treatment, intervention and recovery.

  • DrugFreeNH.org A website designed to help individuals, families, and communities to get informed, get involved and get help! You will find information on prevention efforts, effects of alcohol and other drugs, guidance on recovery and treatment and links to programs in the Granite State.
  • F.A.S.T.E.R Parent Support Group – Peer support groups for parents of children, teens and young adults with substance use issues. Free, Confidential, Comprised of Peers, Respectful of others’ views, Acceptance, Always Hopeful. Group held every Tuesday from 6PM – 730PM at Child & Family Services, 464 Chestnut Street, Manchester.   • Families Sharing Without Shame is a meeting place for parents who have a child or children who have or are abusing drugs or alcohol.
  • Hope for NH Recovery HOPE for New Hampshire Recovery will assist in the design and implementation of a state-wide network of ​Peer Recovery Support Services and Community-Based Recovery Centers. HNHR supports all pathways to addiction recovery for individuals and families.
  • New Hampshire Bureau of Drug & Alcohol Services is the section of the NH Department of Health & Human Services involved with alcohol and other drug information prevention, treatment, intervention, and recovery.
  • New Hampshire Providers Association represents service providers that deal with alcohol and other drugs.
  • New Hampshire Public Health Association tracks legislation related to alcohol and other drugs.
  • New Hampshire Center for Excellence is available to provide technical assistance related to a wide range of initiatives to prevent, intervene in, treat and support recovery from alcohol and drug abuse problems. Requests may be related to best practice implementation, systems change, quality improvement, data and reporting, policy enhancement, and related efforts.
  • New Futures is a non-profit, non-partisan advocacy organization working to reduce underage alcohol problems and increase access to treatment in New Hampshire. New Futures provides advocacy training to New Hampshire residents three times a year, and tracks legislation related to our substance abuse issues.
