1 Hour Webinar Training with Catherine Iacuzzi, Psy.D.

PRESENTATION: The addiction profession has been facing a workforce crisis. With an aging workforce, low numbers entering the profession, and high burnout and turnover, addiction programs are struggling to meet the increasing demand for services. One opportunity for addressing this crisis is leadership development. This webinar will explore how leadership development can help address the addiction workforce crisis, including what leadership is and how to cultivate future leaders.

As a result of this webinar participants will be able to:

  1. Define elements of the current workforce crisis in addiction services.
  2. Understand leadership and how it fits with and is different from management and clinical supervision.
  3. Describe how to increase your own leadership capacity.
  4. Identify ways to cultivate future leaders in addiction services.
