The Laconia Doorway and Navigating Recovery of the Lakes Region serve as critical access points for individuals and families impacted by substance use and co-occurring disorders in New Hampshire’s Lakes Region. Together, these programs provide a compassionate, recovery-oriented system of care that emphasizes immediate access, peer support, and long-term recovery pathways.


The Laconia Doorway is designed to meet individuals wherever they are in their journey, ensuring that no one seeking help is turned away. By removing barriers and streamlining entry into care, the Doorway plays a vital role in reducing overdose risk and increasing engagement in services.


Navigating Recovery of the Lakes Region builds upon this foundation by providing ongoing recovery support services rooted in lived experience. Through peer recovery support, individuals are connected to recovery coaching, support groups, employment and housing resources, and community-based recovery opportunities. The program fosters a sense of belonging and empowerment, helping individuals build meaningful, self-directed lives in recovery.
