She shows up every single day with genuine care, not only for our patients, but for every member of our team. In moments of stress, uncertainty, or crisis, Lyndsie is always the first person to step forward—ready to listen, to support, to guide, and to remind us that we are never alone in this work.

She has an incredible ability to meet people exactly where they are. She has played a vital role in shaping the next generation of clinicians, leading with compassion, wisdom, and integrity. On a personal level, she has been my greatest mentor. Her guidance has shaped me both professionally and personally, and I sincerely hope to become even half the clinician she is one day.
