New Season Manchester West Team

Why are you nominating this team?

Response #1:

"I am a Nurse Practitioner at New Season Manchester West in Manchester, NH. It is with great pleasure and enthusiasm that I nominate the staff of New Season Manchester West-including their dedicated counselors, nursing/medical staff and the program director for this award. This team exemplifies the true spirit of compassionate, patient-centered care in the field of addiction treatment. Each day, they demonstrate an unwavering commitment to meeting patients where they are, offering not only clinical expertise but also genuine empathy, dignity, and respect. Their approach goes far beyond standard care-they foster a safe, supportive environment where individuals feel seen, heard, and valued throughout their recovery journey. The counselors, nursing/medical staff consistently go above and beyond to build meaningful therapeutic relationships, empowering patients with the tools, encouragement, and accountability needed to achieve lasting change. Their ability to connect on a human level, while maintaining clinical excellence, is both rare and deeply impactful.

Equally, the Program Director provides exceptional leadership, cultivating a culture of collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement. Her guidance ensures that the program operates with both efficiency and heart, supporting staff while prioritizing the highest quality of care for patients. Together the team embodies professionalism, compassion, and dedication. Their work has a profound and lasting impact not only on the individuals they serve, but also on the broader community. They are truly deserving of recognition for their outstanding contributions to the field of addiction treatment. It is an honor to nominate them for this award."

Response #2:

"The current team—comprised of counselors, nurses, and providers—consistently exceeds the traditional expectations of a methadone clinic. Patient care remains their top priority in every situation, with medical decisions thoughtfully guided by what is best for each individual. The clinical team is deeply committed not only to helping patients complete their services, but also to supporting them beyond the walls of the clinic whenever possible.

While methadone clinics often face the stigma of being “dose and go,” this team has redefined that narrative. Patients come seeking more than medication—they look forward to connecting with staff who genuinely care about their well-being. Many speak openly about the compassion and support they experience from the moment they walk through the doors.

I am proud to nominate this team because recognition of this kind is rare for methadone clinics, largely due to persistent stigma. The staff at Manchester West New Season truly deserve acknowledgment for their dedication, compassion, and unwavering commitment to the patients they serve."
