"Rachel Lavoie has worked to overcome her own challenges and adversities in life to now being a dedicated team member of Strength to Succeed and Parent Partner to DCYF involved families.
Rachel is also trained to facilitate Nurturing Parenting for Families in Substance Use Treatment and Recovery; she has so much to offer whether facilitating or so-facilitating those sessions.
Rachel always acts with integrity and demonstrates strong Ethical values. She is respected and trusted by everyone at Granite Pathways-Strength to Succeed and has proven herself to be valuable to the team as well as the families she works with.
Rachel is an out of the box thinker who puts her heart into supporting the road to success with every family she works with. Having lived experience has allowed Rachel to connect and build trust with individuals who have shut everyone else out thus opening the door for them to work on self-improvement.
Rachel works hard to develop positive, professional relationships with Child Protection Workers and the many other providers, organizations and Family Court Judges she comes into contact with.
Rachel faithfully upholds the strict confidentiality standards set by HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2 and the internal policies of Granite Pathways-Strength to Succeed.

Biography:
Rachel Lavoie is currently a Parent Partner on Granite Pathways Strength to Succeed Team.
Rachel is also a Mentor and Trainer for other staff, doing whatever is needed to support their success.
Rachel obtained her CRSW Licensure within her first year of employment.
Rachel works with DCYF involved families that have been referred for Mental Health, Neglect and/or Substance Use Disorder.
