Revive Recovery Resource Center

Why are you nominating this team?

Response #1:

"I nominated Revive because I have experienced firsthand the impact of their work. At a time in my life when I was new to the Nashua area and just beginning my journey in recovery, Revive provided me with a safe, welcoming space where I could grow and rebuild. They didn’t just offer support—they helped me take the next steps in my life, including guiding me toward obtaining my CRSW.

Even today, I continue to witness the impact of Revive’s work. While I may not be utilizing services in the same way, I still see the daily wins and transformations—both through my fiancé, who serves as Revive’s Director of Operations, and through the many people in my life who have been positively affected by their mission.

Revive’s work goes far beyond individual success stories. Their commitment to meeting people where they are, reducing barriers, and creating real opportunities for growth has touched countless lives in our community. I truly believe that recognizing them with this award would not only honor their dedication, but also reinforce that their hard work is seen, valued, and deeply appreciated by the community they serve."

Response #2:

"The Revive team exemplifies the spirit and intent of the Outstanding Team of the Year Award through their sustained, collaborative, and deeply impactful work across New Hampshire’s substance use prevention, treatment, and recovery continuum of care. As a long-standing and valued partner within the HCSARC team and a cornerstone of the Nashua recovery community, Revive has consistently demonstrated excellence in peer-based recovery support, system collaboration, and community responsiveness. Their work reflects a strong commitment to meeting individuals where they are and walking alongside them throughout every stage of their recovery journey.

A defining element of Revive’s impact is their embedded presence within multiple recovery court systems, including their longstanding partnership with the Nashua Recovery Court and more recent ongoing collaboration with the Hills South Recovery Court over the past five years. Team members, including Marshall and Carolyn, serve in peer support roles on recovery court teams, where they bring compassion, lived experience, clinical insight, and unwavering encouragement to participants navigating complex systems of accountability and recovery. Their ability to educate multidisciplinary teams on recovery principles and prevention strategies further strengthens the effectiveness of these programs and enhances coordinated care for justice-involved individuals.

Beyond recovery court settings, Revive has extended its reach into community re-entry work at the House of Corrections in Manchester, providing consistent weekly peer support to individuals during incarceration and as they transition back into the community. Their ongoing involvement with SSANA and harm reduction initiatives has also contributed to broader community impact, aligning with statewide efforts that have supported year-over-year reductions in overdoses and overdose deaths. This combination of prevention, harm reduction, and re-entry support demonstrates a comprehensive approach to addressing substance use disorder at multiple intervention points.

Equally notable is Revive’s exceptional role as a community partner defined by responsiveness, generosity, and collaboration. In the wake of the loss of 440, Revive immediately opened their space to GNMH staff and clients, ensuring continuity of substance use disorder and recovery court services without hesitation or delay. This willingness to assess community needs and act decisively—without concern for logistical barriers—reflects a rare level of commitment to service integration and system stability. Across all aspects of their work, Revive consistently models what it means to be an innovative, compassionate, and solutions-oriented partner, making them a clear example of excellence within New Hampshire’s recovery-oriented system of care."
