Phoebe Axtman, LICSW, MLADC has been the owner of Be One Counseling in Concord NH for four years. Phoebe received her Master’s in Social Work from the University of New Hampshire in 2020. She is dual licensed as a LICSW and MLADC, working in private practice, serving people experiencing mental health issues, substance use, and/or process addictions. Phoebe started her career in the mental health field working with individuals experiencing severe and persistent mental health challenges. Phoebe has previous experience working for Recovery Court, emergency services, the Doorway and she is the former Director of Education for the New Hampshire Harm Reduction Coalition. Phoebe is passionate about bridging the gap between mental health and addiction treatment; harm reduction practices; and creating access to gambling addiction treatment. Her commitment to the community is strong, serving on multiple boards in her free time. Phoebe has been a resident of New Hampshire for over 25 years and strives to make the state a healthier place for everyone.
