Lisa Pollard worked as the director of operations for a Rochester nonprofit SUD treatment agency for over six years. She oversaw the day-to-day operations of the facilities and participated in all fiscal, HR, and strategic planning for the organization. 


She brings extensive knowledge in state contracting and procurement working for the State of NH at both the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) and the Department of Administrative Services (DAS) in Concord. Her career also spans 14+ years working within the University System of NH (USNH) in both contract administration and purchasing. Lisa holds a master’s degree in business administration from Plymouth State University, as well as Certified Procurement Manager and Certified Nonprofit Executive designations from the Institute for Supply Management (ISM) and the National Association of Nonprofit Organizations & Executives (NANOE) respectively. In her spare time, Lisa is a champion for animals and supports several animal rescue organizations.
