Under his leadership, HOPE has grown significantly. He led the creation of a wellness clinic dedicated to Laurey Cooley, which offers yoga, acudetox, sound healing, and more. He also expanded local recovery housing to support individuals in early recovery.
Randy played a key role in launching the Hope Connections program, an outreach model placing individuals with lived experience into the community to partner with fire & police. The program aims to recidivism and improve health outcomes for vulnerable populations.
