Bobby (Robert) Ringuette:

Why are you nominating this individual?

Response 1:

""Bobby" has taken on projects within our program that have deepened and enriched our client's experience and understanding of substance use disorders while advocating and supporting the education of less informed colleagues. He created our curriculum and expanding the approach to include the many differences in learning styles and individual abilities while experiencing the challenges of recovery.

Bobby has worked tirelessly with individuals in crisis and provided the encouragement and support they needed to move forward. The educator in him has expanded the materials and resources for staff and clients while also using his creativity to develop an atmosphere of acceptance, non-judgement and comfort making all feel welcome. I am privileged to be his colleague and promote and support his willingness to step up and take on the work of furthering our profession."

Response 2:

" In my time working with him, Bobby developed into a passionate and skilled clinician who is constantly seeking out spaces to advocate for clients, including recently joining NHADACA's board. Bobby is often sought after by clients who typically have had great difficulty engaging in treatment because of his eagerness to speak on their behalf and ensure that their needs are bet to the best of his ability. Bobby has begun reaching beyond the confines of his job to explore other opportunities where he can find ways to improve the care of individuals with SUDs and is always eager to go the extra mile to do so. Bobby is exceptional and would be more than deserving of such an award."
