3 Tips to keep your wellbeing intact during this Holiday season

  1. Schedule time for yourself! You can put it in your Calendar as an Appointment.
  2. When requests are being made of you, rather than saying “Yes” right away, pause and say, “Let me check my schedule and get back to you. Then ask yourself if participating in the request/event etc. will energize you or deplete you. If you think it will deplete you respond with, “I have an appointment at that time, (see above) or “Thank you so much for asking, however, it just won’t work with my schedule to be able to….(insert request).
  3. Stay hydrated, rested, and well nourished! Have the goodies and have the healthy foods supplements, etc. to keep your health and energy in place. All of these will help to maintain energy as well as exercise!
