Lunch & Learn

January 29, 2024  | 11:30am - 12:30pm

This session will provide an overview of direct and indirect costs when creating a budget and determining options for reimbursement. Participants will gain insight into navigating indirect cost pitfalls, understanding indirect cost rates, and exploring various options for reimbursement.  The training will also address deminimis indirect cost rates, and special and restricted rates.   Knowledge of managing these often overlooked costs ensures a  transparent and effective financial strategy for any program/award.

Join us for this budget session focused on indirect costs, created for vendors with the Bureau of Drug & Alcohol Services and the Governor's Commission on Alcohol and Other Drugs.

Because space is limited, individuals must register for each date separately.

All seats reserved? Please add yourself to the waitlist, we will add an additional session if there are enough on the waitlist.

Presenter: Melissa Kelleher joins us from the State of New Hampshire’s DHHS Grants Office. She is the Grants Administrator, overseeing Federal Award policy and compliance. Primarily, she is responsible for the Federal grant compliance, including consistent evaluation of discretionary grant opportunities and ensuring subrecipient monitoring across all divisions and bureaus.

Melissa has an extensive background in auditing and administrative law, which have helped to shape the agency’s approach to interpreting and complying with applicable regulations.
