Overnight Resident Assistant
The Overnight Resident Assistant (RA) is responsible for general housekeeping tasks and ensuring that the house runs smoothly and safely. The RA provides emotional support to clients, delivers educational group sessions, answer phones and greet visitors, ensure client medications are taken as prescribed and in a timely manner, conducts and reports medication counts, report unusual client behavior, perform facility checks multiple times throughout the shift and manage and enforce house rules and policies in a positive manner.
Qualified candidates must be High School Graduate and 18 years of age or older and have an ability to work with individuals struggling with alcohol and or substance use disorders. Must be CRSW (Certified Recovery Support Worker) or willing to become certified within one year of employment start date.
